A Bathurst man tragically killed in a truck crash on the state's north coast is being remembered in the Oberon district.

Dane Ballinger, 36, died when the B-double he was driving on the Pacific Highway near Nambucca Heads crashed into a parked B-double about 5am on Wednesday, September 4. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash just south of Nambucca.
Police said one of the B-doubles was parked in a designated stopping bay on the northbound side of the highway prior to the crash. The driver from the parked truck was not hurt.
Mr Ballinger and his family are well-known in the Oberon community.
Melbourne Storm coach and former Oberon Tiger player Craig Bellamy offered his condolences to the Ballinger family and Storm players wore black armbands in honour of Mr Ballinger and the Ballinger family in their NRL game last weekend.
Many of his friends took to social media to honour Mr Ballinger and to offer their condolences to his family and friends.
A service for Mr Ballinger will be held at St Stanislaus' College on Saturday at 10.30am
