These four Rs have been developed to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all members of the Oberon High community and form the basis of the PBL (positive behaviour for learning) rewards program.
Benny's Bucks are the currency used for rewards: each student receives a Benny's Buck when they exhibit appropriate behaviour. These are tallied and every two weeks a name is drawn for a $5 canteen voucher.
IN OTHER OBERON HIGH NEWS:
At the end of term, one person from each house will be drawn to win a substantial reward. The winners of last week's draw were Ben Maguire, Nate Barker and Zane Dusselaar.
This fortnight the focus is "right to be safe" to encourage safe behaviour in the playground at recess and lunch.
