BE part of history on October 19, 2019 to celebrate 150 years of the Tarana Public School. If you attended Tarana school, we want to hear from you. We are looking for the oldest and youngest students to be there on the day. Tarana is a unique village with a unique history dating back 179 years. On the day, you can wander around the village and inspect some of the oldest buildings, including St Stephen's Church (1883), Tarana Hotel (1873) and the school (1869), which is now a private residence.
