WELL DESERVED: Inner Wheel Oberon's outgoing president Charmayne Hogan presents Michael Foley with the annual citizenship award.

THE warmth of friendship staved off the cold when Inner Wheel of Oberon celebrated its 47th changeover last Saturday.

It was with great delight that Inner Wheel of Oberon presented Michael Foley with the club's citizenship award at the changeover function for all his good works within the community.

It was wonderful to share the celebration with Inner Wheel Australia vice-president Elizabeth Tooke, A50 District chairman Anne Halloway and Oberon mayor Kathy Sajowitz.

Outgoing president Charmayne Hogan thanked all the members of the Oberon club for their fundraising efforts this year.
