Chief Inspector Chris Sammut organised displays of the latest highway patrol vehicles and visits from officers from the Police Rescue Unit through to the specialist State Protection Support Unit.
WE WERE THERE: Oberon Public School welcomed Detective Tammy Smyth and Aboriginal community liaison officer Percy Raveneau.
Students met and talked with officers from the NSW Police Force and saw the latest technology, equipment and police vehicles used across our region.
Students asked lots of great questions and enjoyed interacting with the vehicles and resources.
