It will run from July 29 to August 17 in the beautiful Malachi Gilmore Hall.
Award-winning artworks from 23 council areas will be on display, vying for prizemoney exceeding $9000.
The official opening and award ceremony will be held on Saturday, July 27.

Volunteers who are willing to donate a few hours of their time from July 29 to August 17 are being sought to man the exhibition.
No work is required and it will be a supervisory role only which will involve sitting at the Malachi Hall and saying hello to the visitors.
Those who can assist are asked to contact Lynette Safranek at council on 6329 8100.
In 2019, Oberon's Waste 2 Art attracted more than 60 entries. The theme this year was "Baling twine and strapping". Katie Graham's Blue Dolphin was the overall winner.
Katie also picked up the adult people's choice award.
Oberon has been very successful at a regional level over the years, picking up several firsts as well as winning the Herbie Award for excellence.
