Bathurst marketing agency Brijid Media, which has been given the job of giving the town a new community branding strategy, has in recent months taken its ideas to the community through digital surveys, school visits, street walks and workshops.
Brijid Media presented the final two options to council at a meeting on Tuesday and council endorsed to place the two logos on public exhibition so the community can vote on them.
Council's tourism and economic development manager Mathew Webb said there will be a complete presentation and video on council's website as to how Brijid Media came up with the designs.
The tagline "More than you imagine" was approved.
