BLACK Springs Community Association annual general meeting will be held at 7pm on Monday, July 8 at the Black Springs Hall.
FOOLS SHOW
A SHOW depicting Henry Lawson and Banjo Paterson having a beer at the gates of heaven was a sell-out when it was last hosted by Friends of Oberon Library. Dead Men Talking, the brainchild of actor Max Cullen and writer, historian and musician Warren Fahey, is a 90-minute show of verse, banter and song. It will be performed this Friday, June 21 at 6.30pm at the Robert Hooper Community Centre, followed by soup, damper and cake. Tickets are $35 from Oberon Library. Contact Lyndle Hawkes, 0457 130 990.
