The event hosts competitors from the Bathurst district schools who have been selected from their success at their local school cross country events.
Runners successful at the district event form part of the Bathurst District team to compete at the Western Region level.
All competitors raced very well and displayed outstanding sportsmanship.
Joe Ryan, Ashleigh Robinson, Jorja Taylor, Kallum Baxter, Julia Hill and Archie Graham gained places in the top six and will participate at the Western Region Cross Country Carnival at Geurie on Wednesday, June 12.
