Judges Sharon Howard and Sally Blackwell were impressed by the imagination and amount of reused materials in the artworks entered.
They said the overall winners in Oberon's competition this year were selected because their entries were both creative in their use of materials and also in their form.
Selection of the winning pieces was based on acknowledgement of the theme of "Baling Twine and Strapping" and the imaginative reuse of materials.
Katie Graham's Blue Dolphin was the overall winner and adult People's Choice award winner.
