The ex-Parramatta Eels backrower will line-up against former Oberon Tigers teammate Josh Starling during what is essentially a must-win clash for both sides at Tony Luchetti Sportsground.
Both Workies and the Tigers are winless heading into round four of the 2019 season and Oloapu, who linked with Lithgow from Oberon during the off-season, says ensuring it's his side that secures the all-important two points will come down to two things - working as one, cohesive unit and stopping Starling, the former Newcastle, Manly and Souths prop.
The latter is a task the 23-year-old Workies forward is preparing to tackle head on, too.
"I'll just try and stay on him the whole time. It'll be a good challenge for me," Oloapu said.
"He used to pull me in before training to try and get my fitness up at Oberon. He'll test me on Sunday.
"Looking back at it now, Oberon is just another club.
"When I was there they treated me really well.
"I'm just looking forward to playing against a few good mates."

Oloapu first arrived in Group 10 at the Tigers in 2017 and helped the club to its first top grade grand final in over four decades that same season.
He spent time at Parramatta, Wentworthville and the Norths Devils in the Queensland Cup before landing in the bush.
His switch to Lithgow in the off-season was born from a desire to re-link with mate Cody Godden, the powerful Western prop also a member of the Oberon side that stormed to that Group 10 decider in 2017.
Godden is currently out with a broken hand but Oloapu said the key forward is set for a return in a couple of weeks.
It'll be a welcome one, as well, with Workies looking for another leader alongside veteran prop Corey Willmott to get the club on the front foot and fulfil the potential their 2019 squad boasts.
"We've got plenty of heart there in our team, it's more about talk for us," the Wellington-born gun said.
Chook has really pushed me to play my best this year.

"We haven't clicked yet. It's still the start of the year. Once we start to work as a unit and get a few players back, I reckon we'll have a good go at this competition."
Oloapu said Willmott has been one of Workies' best to open the season, which has included tough losses against Hawks (26-10) and St Pat's (28-26) before last week's somewhat forgettable 40-0 defeat at Cowra.
"Chook has really pushed me to play my best this year," he added.
Sunday's games kick-off at 10.30am with league tag.
