Paul said the biggest change in the last 25 years was the amount of storage everyone needs. "Whether it's general shelving and storage or specific items like boats or bikes, there has been in a big increase in the amount of storage that people are asking for," he said. "There has especially been a big call for caravan and trailer storage.

When asked about what people should think about when planning their shed, Paul said they need to think about what they use the shed for now and what they will use it for in the future.
"You should really look at your current needs but also what they might be in years to come," he said. "There is nothing worse than building something and realising a couple of years down the track that it is too small, or that you don't have large enough entry points".
Paul said in today's market, and with the way things are, there is no longer such a thing as a standard shed. "Everyone has their own unique and individual needs and tastes," he said.
