Fridays is aqua matt challenge and boogie races, Saturdays is tropical island at noon and disco at 6pm, Sundays is H2O footy, softball and volleyball challenge and skeleton Dave activity and on Mondays it's pool play at 1pm and aqua mat races at 4pm.

Swim off that Christmas cheer with early morning lap swimmers. Register in the lap tally in the race for a season pass voucher worth $75.

At the pool:

Dolphin swim school programs, Use It Or Lose It, Mondays at 6pm.

H2o sessions - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7am.

GentleXercise low impact class on Fridays at 8am.

Squad sessions - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am.

Pool operating hours are 7am to 9am and 10am to 7pm weekdays; 10am to 7pm weekends and public holidays.

General admission: swimmers $3, non-swimmers $2, family day pass (includes five members immediate only) $8.
