What began as a small NSW Government initiative in 1989 has since grown to be an inspiring celebration of NSW and indeed Australia's proud young citizens. NSW Youth Week is a collaborative effort between councils, local government and local youth organisations that provides the opportunity for young people to attend live events and workshops, showcase their talents and share ideas, raise issues that affect the local youth population but most importantly to celebrate their community contribution.
