The major task involved moving the Oberon timber industry's first crane from in front of the cottage to a better position in the museum grounds.
The old crane was used to load hardwood mining timber, cut by the timber industry, on to the train destined for the BHP mines at Broken Hill in the far west of the state.
After this move, Mr Tosic helped reposition an 1890 stump jump plough and a horse works which president, Col Roberts, hopes to get working in the near future.

The museum committee is very grateful for Mr Tosic's support, as well as that of other members who have stepped up to help out with the many tasks that lie ahead.
A general meeting of all museum members will be held on Sunday at 4pm at the museum to familiarise them with what has happened in the month since re-opening and to share information about plans for the future.
