THE First National Bowyer and Livermore-sponsored Monthly Medal was played last week in blustery and stormy conditions. The women also played the second round of the Golf NSW Medal competition.

Most of the players were back in the clubhouse before a heavy shower of rain came over to hurry up the stragglers. Sadly, the rain did not last long.

The Monthly Medal winner was Katie Graham with 71 nett, on a countback from Robyn Slattery.

Third was Vonda Voytilla with 74 nett, on a countback from Marjorie Webb. Robyn also won the putting competition with 30 putts.

Next week will be the Cancer Council Fundraising Day, when the ladies will play a stableford round and, of course, they will be wearing pink!
