Anne was presented with a citation of appreciation for her contribution to Oberon community events.
Anne has played a leading role in the Oberon Writers Group, Burraga Show, the annual lunch for senior citizens in Burraga, the Musical Ensemble and music at St Aidan's Village Church.
While Anne is now resident in Tasmania, she remains musical director of the Musical Ensemble, which puts on events in the community.
She will take part in the next event later in the year.
