Dr Sreejith, Dr May and Dr Mon join current GPs Dr Ayngkaran, Dr De Sliva and Dr Sirakamy.
Practice manager Danielle Fiztpatrick said the three doctors will gain general practice training while living in a rural environment.
“We have six nurses in Mary Young, Sarah Rayner, Cheryl Burke, Lynne Elwin and Donna Herradence. With that, we have Miranda Hands who has joined Tenealle Corby in administration and reception,” she said.
Dr De Silva and Dr Ayngkaran have been with the practice since 2013 while Dr Sreejith started his career in Australia as a residential medical officer in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Dr May started her career in Australia as a residential medical office at Launceston General Hospital and comes to Oberon from Dubbo.
Dr Mon started her career in Australia as a residential medical officer in emergency in a West Gippsland hospital. OMC offer allied health services.
Dietician Anna Winter and diabetic educator Anna Blackie visit once a month, with Connect Hearing in Oberon every third Friday.
Psychiatrist/geriatrician Dr Sivaruban consults monthly.
Doctors from Oberon Medical Centre are affiliated with Oberon Multi Purpose facility with a 24 hour on-call service. They are also associated with Columbia's Aged Care facility in Oberon.
Oberon Medical Centre recently farwelled Dr Greg Dargan and Fiona Booth after 25 years of service respectively.
