THANK goodness the rain held off for the ladies on Wednesday, October 3. This enabled us to play a “fun” stableford event. This was due to the fact the greens had been cored and sanded and we were unable to putt, so there was some creative “scoring”. I think a good time was had by all.

Colleen Saul won the day with 39 points. The trophy was provided by Vonda Voytilla.

Wilma Artery and Joan Graham finally got to play the final round of the Silver Salver, with Wilma being the eventual winner.

Ladies will play a 27-hole Foursome Championships round on October 17 and October 24 will be a stableford event. October 31 will be another stableford round with trophies provided by Robyn Stapleton.
