The route is popular with visitors during spring and summer as it takes in the beautiful vistas of the dam, golf course and township.
Some light repairs to signage and a quick rake was completed in preparation for the upcoming Oberon Outdoor Week as visitors need a little more help identifying the route on one of Oberon’s hidden gems.
Also as part of Oberon Outdoor Week, Oberon Council will host a Family Fun Bike Ride to celebrate NSW Bike Week. The event will start at the Oberon Rugby League Ground on Lowes Mount Road at 9.30am on Saturday, September 29.
Participants can enjoy an array of entertainment and cycling skill tests for young riders, before embarking on the bike track along Lowes Mount Road to Black Bullock Road (Hazelgrove Station) and back again.
