ST Joseph’s School kindergarten students visited residents at Columbia Aged Care facility last week to recite the poem they performed at the eisteddfod and to enjoy a wonderful Father's Day cake with the residents.

Father’s Day breakfast

ST Joseph’s School celebrated Father’s Day last Friday by acknowledging the amazing males in our lives.

The school hosted dads, stepdads, carers, grandfathers and uncles as they shared breakfast with us. We had beautiful bacon and egg rolls cooked and served by our wonderful staff.

Leanne Barlow had her coffee van in operation so we could enjoy a nice hot coffee as well. The P and F were busy in the library with the Father’s Day stall where the children could buy a special gift for their dad.

Bathurst Eisteddfod

CONGRATULATIONS to all St Joseph’s School’s kindergarten to year six students on their wonderful efforts in the Bathurst Eisteddfod verse speaking sections. A huge amount of preparation, practice and effort went into providing this fantastic experience.

Students thoroughly enjoyed the day despite the initial nerves.

Many thanks to the school's staff for their co-ordination of this activity and sharing their expertise.

Thank you also to the many parents who were able to join us at Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre (BMEC). Your support of our school is very much appreciated.

Many thanks to our school's wonderful staff and P and F volunteers who make these special moments for the children possible.
