GUESTS recently joined Edmond Power at the reopening of the Hungry Hare, which is now located at the Tourist Hotel.

In a relaxed environment around a wood fire, patrons enjoyed tasty tapas followed by a traditional Mediterranean three-course dinner.

Edmond came to the region around nine years ago and has worked at the renowned Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort and Spa.

The Hungry Hare is a family-style restaurant, offering locals and visitors a new experience in food – rustic, country-style food in a relaxed atmosphere.
