Out of the 80 entries this year, 16 will go on to Narromine.
The majority of the prizes were sponsored by Oberon Council, Borg Manufacturing, Rotary (people's choice), Reliance Bank, Oberon Arts Council and Friends of Oberon Library.
Schools and adults took up the challenge to recycle polystyrene.
Narromine Shire Council will host the exhibition from June 23 to July 21, with the official opening and announcement of winners planned for June 23.
Entries to go by courier from Oberon to the regional exhibition will be notified of the pick-up date in the week of June 11. Contact Waste 2 Art co-ordinator, mayor Kathy Sajowitz, on 0428 543 693.
