Tattykeel, based at Black Springs, took out supreme Interbreed Champions in both the sheep and cattle sections.
James Gilmore put the Tattykeel success down to a great team and family effort consisting of Graham Gilmore and wife Kirsty, Martin Gilmore, James Gilmore and wife Melinda and sons Hudson and Wesley, Ross Gilmore and wife Samantha and daughter Emily and son Lawson.
Tattykeel is the most successful Poll Dorset Stud in the Australian show and sale rings.
“We have dedicated full time employees in Aaron Murphy, Dan Rayner and support from Rachel, Daniel and Michele Wheeler of RDM Angus Stud at Wellington,” James said.
“To add to our collection of awards we also won supreme Interbreed Poll Dorset ewe, Supreme Interbreed cleanskin Ram with an Australian White, as well as Most Successful Australian White and Poll Dorset exhibitors for 2018.”
