Member for Bathurst Paul Toole welcomed school leaders from across the Bathurst electorate to Parliament House and Government House during their visit.
Mr Toole said the school leaders program is an opportunity for young students to “learn and experience the procedures and processes of democracy in NSW and to engage in civics and citizenship education”.
“It was a day which gave them a wider perspective on leadership and the workings of government,” he said.
“These students are the leaders of tomorrow and this was an invaluable experience for them. I am sure each of them will remember this day.”
