Madison Whitley and her horse Tex competed in the Combined Sporting event on April 3, riding for Area 5.

Madison and her other team members finished third overall among very strong competition from the other teams.

Molly Corbett and her horse Pacific View Christian qualified to enter the Pony Club Rider class 11 and under 13 years, also held on April 3, and came away with first place in a massive line-up of 32 entrants.

Both girls enjoyed the experience.

The last Oberon Pony Club rally day was held on Easter Sunday. After a morning of showjumping, flatwork and cross country, there was an afternoon of Easter egg hunting and games.

Oberon Pony Club holds monthly rally days from February to December. The next rally day will be May 6 at the Oberon Equestrian Centre, Abercrombie Road. New members are welcome.
