The mayor's report to council said the chair and secretary were re-elected unopposed.
"I, along with five other mayors, were elected to the executive committee of the organisation," she said.
Cr Sajowitz’s report said concerns were raised on the recently released draft NSW Government Future Transport 2056 Regional Services and Infrastructure Plan.
"It was noted that the Central West was basically ignored in the plan, with connectivity over the Blue Mountains non-existent,” the report said.
"Bells Line of Road was not mentioned in any relevant way. As this is a planned 40-year transport and infrastructure strategy that is complex, it was agreed that the consultation and review period was insufficient and representation would be made to the minister for an extension.
"Oberon has some concerns as to how it is placed within the strategy."
