Supervisor - Civil

Your new company
Growing civil construction company with an increasing national presence require an experienced Supervisor to help deliver portfolio of Rail, Civil and Water Infrastructure projects in Perth.

Your new role
You will be working closely with the Project Manager, providing regular updates on the performance of your sites. You will be managing all direct trades and contractors ensuring the work is being delivered within client’s specifications and HSE policies and procedures. You will be the main point of contact for your team and sub-contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a good understanding of civil projects, preferably in the Perth Metro area. You will also require previous experience working on sewer and drainage projects already within a built-up area. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. As a supervisor, you will require a good knowledge of industry HSE policy and guidelines.
