Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager the key responsibilities will include:

• Producing accurate and timely management information
• Month end and quarter end reporting and annual audit
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, cost planning
• Managing reconciliations
• Handling tax calculations
• Accurately completing GST and Income Tax returns
• Reviewing posting payroll, expenses, supplier payments
• Payroll
• Partnering with cross-functional teams

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified CA/CPA
• 3-5 years experience in a similar commercial role
• Construction experience would be preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation
• Ability to work well in team environment and independently
• Exhibits flexibility for different tasks and willingness to learn and utilise initiative
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills, proactive and collaborative
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
• Desirable knowledge of using accounting software SAP or Oracle
