About You and the Role...

We are recruiting for a very skilled and seasoned Department Manager with a proven background in team development to join this retailer in Sale, Victoria for an immediate start. Coming from a successful and proven history in retail and business management, you will be able to demonstrate working closely with a large team to increase results, develop team skills and most importantly contribute to team culture.

Operationally you will be across all facets of retail in your own department, including but not limited to overseeing and affecting sales and GP reports as well as managing a huge volume of products. You will be confident in strategically planning for business growth while enforcing and promoting company expectations, and be accountable for every aspect of your store presentation.

Most important to your success in this role, you will be seasoned in the art of people management, love developing a team and thrive in a large format setting. Your communication skills will always be of a high level and you are known for your 'can-do attitude as well as your hands-on approach to management.
