Your new role
In your new role as an Associate in transactional banking, you will be responsible for providing support to business banking customers by offering solutions from a suite of excellent products. On a day to day, you will:
This is a full-time permanent position, hours are between 8am-6pm, You will be on a 5 week rotating roster within the team. You will be supported and start your journey in the Melbourne office for 8 weeks of full-time training between 9am -5pm. Once through the training period the team works in a Hybrid WFH arrangement, with office days being Thursday and Friday.
