The program focuses on the importance of good nutrition and physical activity.
This term, St Joseph’s has changed the name of “fruit break” to “crunch and sip” to promote eating vegetables and drinking water.
The school thanks Miss Toole for her attendance at these professional development days and for driving the project within the school.
In addition to our introduction of crunch and sip, we are fortunate to have guest speakers from the Cancer Council in Orange to speak about healthy eating and healthy lunchboxes.
Parents are invited to come to this informative and fun session at 9.30am this Friday, October 20.
