Around 110 students from years seven to 12 were nominated by their teachers across all subject areas. Parents and carers joined with the rest of the school to congratulate the students and enjoyed a morning tea after the assembly.
“I’m pleased to be able to recognise and acknowledge the ongoing performance and effort these students have displayed,” principal Craig Luccarda said.
“Often schools will only recognise such efforts at the end of the year, but we think it’s important to show our students that we appreciate their efforts and achievements all through the year.
“I congratulate all our students who are working hard at their studies.”
