Sixteen schools in the Central West region have created an e-library consortium, increasing the availability and range of books open to Oberon students.
E-books can be accessed on any device anywhere in the world so students can read what, when and wherever they like.
At the launch, students met the famous author Morris Gleitzman, who encouraged them to become better writers.
At the end, he was sure they were “equipped to tell a good story”.
Lydia and Adara have some experience writing and publishing stories, but are looking forward to improving their style and “becoming fabulous writers”.
