Mr O'Connor had all his equipment stolen.
"I'll have to close the doors. I didn't have the equipment insured - only the building. It's worth over $16,000 and I won't be able to replace it. I don't know what I'm going to do," he said.
Forensic officers were on the scene on Tuesday morning.
Some CCTV footage of the area will be viewed with the hope of identifying the offender/s.
Those with any information are asked to contact Oberon Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 000 333.
