This month's demonstration will be Allendale Free Range Eggs with John and Leisa candling eggs. Locally produced pork, beef and lamb, organic vegetables and fruit, home-baked cakes and pies, sweets, bread, jams and preserves, honey and garlic, and olive oil products will all be there. Live alpacas and rare breeds of poultry will add to the country feel.
Cheeses and stuffed olives, along with a variety of salamis, will help fill your basket and the wood guys will have a bowl to put them in. Garden plants and ornaments are ready for the autumn.
Ruellas Coffee and the Tarana Bush Fire Brigade’s bacon and egg rolls will be available all day. Shady umbrellas will provide a place to sit and enjoy the market food.
