The fund aims to increase tourist visitation by supporting regional environment and tourism infrastructure projects to help regional economies across the state diversify and grow.
The expressions of interest, which close on April 6, 2017, will be independently assessed and shortlisted by Infrastructure NSW with assistance from other NSW agencies.

CYCLING SUCCESS
THIS week we welcome visitors from all over the country to compete in the 14th annual NAB Blayney to Bathurst (B2B) cycling challenge.
What started out as a small, community organised event is now a Cycling NSW feature ride with closed roads.
OLD4NEW VAN
THE Old4New van will tour to Bathurst and Lithgow in the next few weeks to share advice with the boating public about choosing and maintaining modern lifejackets.
The mobile van will be at Bathurst Court House on Sunday, April 16 from 2pm to 5pm and Lake Lyell Recreational Park, Magpie Hollow Road, Lithgow on Monday, April 18 from 8am to 1pm. You will be able to exchange your old lifejacket for a new slim-line lifejacket at a discounted price.

SIGNS OF TIMES
CONSUMERS have been urged to report illegal “no refund” signs after one in five NSW businesses were found to be displaying them.
Under Australian Consumer Law, retailers are not permitted to post “no refund” signs in their shops or print similar messages on receipts or invoices. This is because they imply a refund is not possible even when a product is defective.
Consumers concerned about “no refund” signage should contact Fair Trading on 13 32 20.
DAYLIGHT SAVINGS
