BUILDING a Roman clay oven and pizza cooking by Victoria Theyers will be the demonstrations when the Tarana Community Farmers’ Market is held this Sunday.

The market will be held at the Fire Shed, just below the Tarana Hotel, from 10am-2pm.
Regular stallholders offering locally produced products including pork, beef, lamb, organic vegetables, fruit, bread, honey, wine, beer, jams and preserves, plants and garden ornaments, olive oil, free range eggs, chocolate and home-made cakes and pies will be in attendance. New to the market will be stuffed olives and balsamic vinegars.
Ruellas Coffee will be serving all day, as will the Tarana Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade barbecue with its bacon and egg rolls.
Shady umbrellas will provide a pleasant place to sit and relax while listening to the local buskers.
