Eleven ladies braved the damp weather to play for the Monthly Medal and putting competition last week. As there were so few ladies, there was only one division.

Joan Graham continued her good form, winning the Monthly Medal with a lovely nett of 73. Close behind to take second place was Helen Toohill with 74. Glennie McGrath came in third after a four way countback on 77.
Joan Graham also won the putting competition with an excellent 27 putts.
Ladies are asked to note that the Arrow’s Newsagency Eliminator qualifying round will be played on January 18. The eliminator will then be played over the following four Wednesdays.
