A principal audience for HSC work are the markers, who are experienced in a wide range of styles.
Teachers Andrew Smith from Bathurst High School and Kathy Starr from Kelso High School were the markers.
They were able to provide useful criticism.
The girls will now revise and improve their performances in preparation for the actual HSC in just a few weeks.
