The Oberon pool is open 7am-9am and 2pm-7pm Monday to Friday and 10am-7pm Saturday and Sunday.
Get in early to book your lessons as places are filling up quickly.
Swim Fit sessions registrations are being taken now for the Lap Tally Season 15/16 to assist with your motivation. Swimming is one of the best all round exercises you can do to improve your health. Exercise releases endorphins which in turn make you feel happier.
Dolphin Swim School programs are H2O Sessions which run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am. Low impact class and GentleXercise are on Fridays from 8am.
Squad programs are developed to refine all competitive strokes. Focus on technique and endurance, with consolidation of race skills, continued improvement of aerobic conditioning and maximum speed development. Sessions run Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 5pm. Seahorse Stroke Correction is on Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm.
Nominate your team for Comp Night – an evening of fun where a different sport including touch footy, volleyball, water hockey/polo and box cricket will be played each week. Comp Nights are held Tuesday from 6pm.
