It was a wonderful day with all students displaying outstanding behaviour, excellent school spirit and sportsmanship. Thank you to all parents who attended on the day and acted as officials.
There were some fantastic results, with many students swimming personal best times and placing in their heats.
Congratulations to the following students who placed in the top three in their events:
■ James Rich finished third in the 12 year boys 50m Freestyle and third in the senior boys Breaststroke.
■ Toby Tahere was second in the 8 year boys 50m Freestyle.
■ Reece Sullivan was third in the 9 year boys 50m Freestyle.
These students have been selected as part of the Bathurst District Swimming Team and will now compete at the Western Area Carnival in Dubbo on Friday, March 6. We wish them the best of luck.
