- On Tuesday, April 8, Police attended a serious motor vehicle collision on Jenolan Caves Road. The road was closed for some time while the Crash Investigation Unit conducted their enquiries. Three persons were airlifted to Liverpool Hospital and two were transported by ambulance. Between Sunday, April 6 and Monday April 7, a number of new and used computer parts were taken from a vehicle parked in Dillon Street, Oberon.

- On Saturday, April 5, Police attended a car fire in the Hellsgate area of Lowes Mount Forest. Police have received information relating to persons possibly involved in this incident and will be speaking with those persons in the very near future.
- Overnight Saturday, April 5 into early hours Sunday, April 6, a shot has been fired into a harvester machine causing thousands of dollars in damage. Police will speak to suspected parties soon.
- On Thursday, April 3, an Oberon man was arrested and charged with a number of offences relating to stealings, break and enters, motor vehicle theft and other matters that have been occurring in the Oberon Community and surrounding areas. He was refused bail by Police, however, was granted strict conditional bail from Bathurst Court. He will present before the magistrate on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Oberon Local Court.
- On Wednesday April 2, police attended Oberon Correctional Centre in relation to a large amount of drugs and paraphernalia located stashed near the centre. These items were seized and will be destroyed by police.
