NOW the warm weather has hit the place to cool off is the pool complex.

Hampton Public School was first off the blocks starting their swimming lessons with happy and excited children eager to learn.

Squads are held 3.30pm Mondays and Wednesdays, with the Friday 6pm sessions free for those attending both earlier sessions in the same week.

The Seahorse Swim Fun Program (pre squad) is very popular. This session focuses on stroke correction and basic junior squad drills. Seahorse Swim Fun is held Mondays at 6pm.

The pool is seeking expressions of interest for Bronze Medallion, junior lifeguarding, intensive stroke and Mums and Bubs programs. Junior Lifeguarding will be run during the school holidays along with The Big Four clinic focussing on one style per day for four days. For further information inquire at the pool.

Pool Play will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 9.30-10.30am. This program is inexpensive and a great way to introduce your child to the water and gain water confidence.

Set games are made available and directed by the supervisor. All you have to do is to encourage your child to play! Cost $2 equipment hire.

Adult sessions - Swim Easy will run Wednesdays at 6pm, so come in and enrol all you adult non-swimmers. We know you are out there! It is never too late to learn or to develop your style into a more effective one.

Aqua Aerobics classes will also being held. A full schedule is available at the pool for November, December and January. Enrol at the pool.

Private lessons - all instructors are Austswim trained and accredited. Dolphin Swim School is a proud members of Swim Australia as a registered Swim School. We attempt to meet the needs of our enrolments. To allow this it is suggested that you enrol early even if you do not intend on having lessons until later in the season.

Join our swimmers Monday to Fridays from 7am to 9am and gain a great start to your day.

Don't forget on Sundays the Seamonster will be out to play. Barbecue facilities are also available for your use.

The Seamonster may also be booked for pool birthday parties or picnic days.
