Sue Wilcox is the winner of the Oberon Review Tipping Competition! All this time, Sue has been lurking towards the belly of the competition, and just in time started creeping up the ladder.
It has been a desperate battle for supremacy, with Sue, from Oberon Industrial and Farming Supplies, and Clint from St. Joseph’s School all finishing on 251 points.
As per the rules, however, in the case of a draw, the tipper whose favourite team is highest on the NRL ladder wins the competition. So the mighty Roosters have won it for Sue this year.
Sue has won herself a football jumper of her choice, a $50 voucher from Barkers Butchery and a $50 voucher from The Royal Hotel.
NRMA Oberon Motors gave it one last shot, getting the Holy Grail- a perfect score- in the last round.
And of course, who is the recipient of the wooden spoon? Josh from MCF Engineering has claimed this trophy, and I am sure is very proud of it.
Well done Josh.
Thanks to all our tippers, and we hope to see you back next year!
