The trout are biting

16 Oct, 2008 10:47 AM
HELLO fisherpersons. There are a lot of fish being caught all over the place and Lake Oberon is the place to be. The Elwin clan caught seven trout and one redfin. Dave McFarland landed five trout but they were all undersized and were released. The Sellers family have also had some luck with young David catching his first trout.

The two Peters are back from Nambucca with an Esky load of fish. They only managed four days out to sea due to rough weather but still caught some big snapper and pearl perch.

No news about the lads that went to Tilpa but no doubt that they had a good time.

Happy 65th Bugs Harvey.

Club will hold their meeting on Thursday, October 30 at the RSL from 6.30pm.

Krazy Horse.
