THE Oberon Pool complex is running a competition to give the kiosk a name with prizes to be won. To enter all you need to do is design a simple logo and suggest a name for the kiosk.
On the back of your design write your name and contact details. All entries must be handed in to the Oberon Pool Complex by 4.30pm on March 14.
The winner will be announced on Pirate Party Day, March 21 – the last day of the pool season.
The day will feature activities, competitions and treasure hunts and there will be a prize for the best-dressed pirate! To complete the day, the Tropical Island will be inflated.
Several talented Oberon swimmers participated with modest success in recent district and western regional carnivals and they must be congratulated.
Congratulations to Oscar O’Donnell for receiving Swimmer of the Series Award. Please collect your prize from the pool complex.
Pool operating hours; 2pm - 7pm Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm weekends.
