All the girls played really well and everyone gave 110% effort.

It really didn’t seem to matter which combination of players were on the court, it worked.

Our defence on the day was very strong with all players defending well, particularly Sarah, Hannah, Sam & Raff, who is improving with every game she plays.

Our attack worked really hard this week at applying the skills we have been working on at training and it is starting to pay off. Well done to Shaye, Laura, Maddie & Ashleigh.

Our shooters also had a great game, with Tara putting in her usual consistent best and Casey “I can’t shoot” Bailey bringing us home strongly in the final quarter scoring 5 goals – well done!

Our Players’ player this week went to Ashleigh for 2 points and Sam for 1 point.

The Coaches’ award went to Tara for being an absolute pleasure to coach by listening attentively at training and applying new skills into her game.
