We were a little lost at the beginning of the game, but improved towards the end. Waratahs defended well and this made it hard for our halves to get through to our forward line. Kirsty played a wing and fitted this position well. Veronica and Leanne also shared the wings and had some beautiful balls, but Waratahs seem to always have extra defenders. Michelle and Bin played our Inners and never stopped - even when they were injured. Belinda played an excellent centre forward getting pass the Waratahs defence and scoring our goal.

Freddy played an awesome left half defending Waratahs wing right out of the game - great work. Our newest player Nicola played a half and a wing and went well trying her hardest. Cindy and Tracey played a back and centre half and both had an excellent game defending like mad and never giving up. Emma had and extra foot in the first half but soon made up for it in the second half, playing a fantastic reliable back. Sharon shared the positions of right, left & centre half defending well and saving one great goal as postie, but than the next went pass her. With the final score 2-1.

A big thanks to Joc and Kim for sitting out for this week as we had too many player for this week. A big congratulation goes to Tania & Andrew Collins for the birth of their son Kobi and to Mandy & Trent Robinson for the birth of their son Rhys. Wishing you both the very best.
