District award for Leah

20 Aug, 2009 09:52 AM
Promising Oberon hockey player Leah Robinson's impressive 2009 representative season was recognised at the Bathurst Junior Girls Hockey Association's district presentation last Monday.

Leah picked up the under 15 Greens District Award after a very successful season.

The season had many highlights for Leah and her under 15 team-mates, which included being ball girls in the Australian Hockey League match between NSW and ACT.

Both the under 15 whites and Leah's team, the developing under 15 team, played in hockey carnivals in Bathurst, Lithgow, Canberra and Parkes during the season.
